{ christina + chris | married: forever and a day }

Did you know that penguins mate for life?

And that when they find the other half of their heart, the male penguin drops a shiny polished stone in front of the female as a gift of love?

That is exactly how Chris proposed to Christina. He dropped a stone, that read, “Forever and a Day,” at her feet, then fell to his knees and put a ring on her finger.

Isn’t that sooo romantic???

The romance continued with an elegant wedding held on June 26th at The Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach.

Christina and her wedding party were coordinated to perfection. Even their pre-wedding attire was a match.

I loved the custom embroidered beach bags, with each of the bridesmaids’ names.

The bride’s Ulla-Maija Couture Gown was exquisite.

She got ready in one of the Four Seasons spacious suites, overlooking the ocean.

Then took a moment to reflect (literally), as she posed for some portraits.

The bride’s orchids were wrapped in a diamond heirloom heart, and the deep lilac Max Azria gowns were just the right choice for her gorgeous bridesmaids.

Before heading out, Mom added a cathedral veil…
