{ alana + landon | married in bedford, ny }

There is nothing like New York in the Fall.

Alana & Landon’s wedding took place on a beautiful October day at Temple Shaaray Tefila in Bedford Corners, NY.

Every detail was superb, and the florals by Pristine Events, were gorgeous.

The love and friendship between Alana and Landon was self evident.

Together they explored the magnificent gardens!

From the old world architectural structures and arbors, to the moss covered cobblestone…

to the historic stone walls. Everywhere we went was a picture perfect backdrop.

Earlier in the day, hair and makeup preparations began.

Alana’s haute couture Pnina Tornai Gown was amazing…

as were her sleek Jimmy Choos.

Once corseted into her gown, she inspected the end result.

Her mother arrived to help her on with her veil.

Meanwhile, in a nearby room, the Groom’s dad got him dressed.

Then, Landon posed for a pensive pre-wedding portrait.

While Alana made her way down the stairs…

and out to the garden for her portraits.

One of her adorable ring bearers came bearing a lovely bouquet of orchids and roses.

Alana’s super cute flower girl dropped by for a hug and a kiss.

Over on the other side of the garden, were Landon and the guys.

The bride and her bridesmaids posed pretty.

Her sisters and sister in law gathered around.

The boys did their best “Abbey Road” impersonation…

Then jumped off the wall for joy, (and because I asked them too!)

Landon, his brother and his dad, soon headed off for the first look.

Alana and the girls followed.

The men ended with a prayer… then escorted Landon to the B’deken

The temple was decorated with candlelight, and various sprays of white orchids, calla lilies and roses.

Alana and her father awaited their walk down the aisle.

The bride entered, and the Kiddushin began.

They wed beneath the Chuppah…

Were pronounced man and wife, then exited to smiles and cheers.

The rabbi and bridal party danced and sang their way out of the temple.

The bride and groom entered through a hand held arch, to their guests applause.

The Horah began, as the men and women wildly celebrated on separate sides of the dance floor.

Then they all came together as their chairs were raised into the air.

There were lots of fun performances for the couple, from crazy shuffling guest, to hot dog costumed groomsmen, to candle walking uncles.

Dinner was served… The soup sampler was such a great idea.

The bride and groom danced their first dance…

Then came the bride’s dance with her teary eyed father.
