{ kelly + anthony | married at mizner country club }

Kelly and Anthony tied the knot at Mizner Country Club, in Delray Beach. What a lovely couple… and a delight to work with.

We captured some beautiful portraits near Mizner’s picturesque fountains…

Then headed for the cabanas…

The gorgeous flowers were created by Lina Portnoy Event Design.

Here they are in the grand courtyard… I just love those wrought iron gates!

Earlier… the day started with Kelly getting ready in a poolside suite.

Her gown, by Jasmine from Bacio Bacio Bridal was a classic and the Calvin Klein open toed shoes complimented the gown perfectly.

Something Old… Something New… Something Borrowed… Something… PINK!

The handkerchief the bride pinned in her dress, shown beneath the rings, was from her beloved grandmother.

Moments later, the girls helped to get her dressed.

Look at the colors on these bridesmaids’ flowers. I just LOVE them. The orange and magenta and green really popped, with their elegant black chiffon gowns.

Kelly was a vision in that dress. Sweet, yet regal.

Before leaving the suite, Mom and Dad stopped in to catch a first peek at the bride-to-be.

Soon the girls headed out for some last minute pictures.

Here the bride reflects at the cabana…

Her girls soon join her…

Along with the adorable flower girl.

Notice how her hot pink belt was the perfect match to the bride’s bouquet.

Meanwhile, in the lobby, Anthony’s mom secures his boutonniere, as dad looks on.

Then he heads to the alter… with his boys not far behind.

The bride and her girls follow suit.

The poolside ceremony took place right before dusk… as tiki torches burned in preparation for the setting sun.

The bride made a grand entrance down the sweeping staircase.

The flower girl prepared the way, throwing hot pink petals.

The music changed and Kelly and her dad, began making their way down the aisle, as guest looked on with anticipation.

The ceremony began…

Vows were promised…

Rings were swapped…

Laughs were exchanged…

Lips were locked…

and guests all cheered!

“OMG… we’re married,” thought the bride and groom as they waited for the rest of the bridal party to catch up.

Up the stairs they went… their first journey as man and wife.

The bridal party followed.

The reception was so colorful. Loved these yummy custom wrapped candy bars…

The room decor, also by Lina Portnoy Event Designs, was eye catching.

A stolen moment for a quick practice dance while the guest took to their seats…

Followed by a private garter removal.

Then… they danced their first dance… (at least in front of an audience.)

Then partied…

Father/Daughter dances always make me a little teary… but this one in particular. Look at the expression on this Daddy’s face… awww!

And on Anthony’s mom’s, during the Mother Son dance.

The best man gave a speech. It was funny, heartfelt, and when it was done, left us all wondering why fur baby Oliver had not been the ring bearer. Remember the cute lil pup, who stole the show during their engagement shoot?

The band jammed with the guests… and gave, “getting on the dancefloor” new meaning.

Later, the bride’s sister and maid of honor had a few words to share, and gave the post dinner toast!

Then it was time for dessert! Who doesn’t love a mocha ice cream sundae!

And let’s not forget the cake…

The band got the whole crowd together for a goodnight cheer.

Then the couple sneaked away for a few tender, end of night moments.

Would you look at that night sky! Wow!

A perfect end.. to a perfect day… for a perfect couple.
