{ alli + josh | married in boca raton }

Alli and Josh were married on a perfect November day at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center.

Alli’s Grape/Ivory/Lavender color palette was fabulous… her flowers by Creations by Blanca were bold and beautiful.

Their wedding bands were, designed by J. Douglas Jewelers of Wellington.

She was a gorgeous bride… I just loved the billowing train on her ivory silk Paloma Blanca Gown. Her shoes were by Pelle-Moda.

Her swarovski crystal tiara, created by Malis-Henderson, was simple and elegant. What a great choice. Malis Henderson | Montreal. London. New York has the most beautiful headpiece creations.

After the first look, the couple indulged my whimsical side, and we played by the pool for a bit, capturing some fun and intimate moments.

The day began mid-morning, in the bridal suite. We arrived as Alli’s makeup was being flawlessly applied by Joanne from Team Beauti.

Soon after, her team of expert bridesmaids, wearing knockout gowns by Mori Lee, got her dressed from head to toe.

Once her family arrived at her suite, the bride and her parents reflected a moment. Dad shared his favorite Alli moment from when Alli was 3, and Mom tried not to run her mascara.

Then she had some fun with her bridesmaids before heading out to meet Josh for the reveal.

Isn’t that a cool fountain?

Meanwhile, my associate photographer, Maja, was off capturing Josh as he readied in a nearby suite.

Then they headed out to the courtyard.

The ladies walked out through the amazing palm lined path…

Then stopped for a rest on the comfy canopied chaises.

While Josh & The Boyz relaxed poolside…

Alli got ready to approach for their first look…

It was a picture perfect heartfelt moment.

The entire bridal party looked on…

Eventually, they all joined in the photo fun.

The ceremony was held in the courtyard in front of the fountain.

Their kiddish cup was handed down through the generations, and each couples names and wedding dates are engraved for posterity.

The arrival of Josh and his parents began the traditional Jewish ceremony.

Music played…

The bride came down the aisle…

And was given away.

She handed her flowers off to her maid of honor…

And the Rabbi (aka: Josh’s Grandfather) began the service.

They stood beneath a lovely floral topped chuppah…

And pledged their love to each other, with smiles and tears.

I love this portrait of Allison’s grandfather watching his granddaughter say “I do”.

As the sun set, and night fell they made their vows…

Exchanged their rings…

Received their blessings…

Broke a glass…

Stole a kiss…

A nice long… good… kiss…

Then exited into the moonlight.

The guests adjourned to the cocktail party. As they signed in… {is this a great sign in book?}

they were greeted by a series of portraits from the couples engagement shoot.

While the wedding guests drank the wine and martini’s the photographers had fun shooting them.

The reception, held in the Grand Ballroom, was beautifully lit and decorated. Catering director, Kelly Kultau, and her staff oversaw a spectacular evening.

The newlyweds soon entered…

And hit the dance floor for their first dance.

Ended with a perfect dip…

Then went right into a wild, chair lifting, Horah.

Followed by Open Mikes…

Sing-a-longs…

Some sweet and nutty speeches (coconut-y to be exact!)

And lots of love… and hugs!

After dinner, yummy cake was cut and plated…

and a chocolate fondue fountain offered some decadent treats.

Later in the night, garters were retrieved…

Bouquets were caught…

And new couples stepped up to be next in line… awww!

As the night came to an end, Josh and Alli shared a last dance.

Guests were given the gift of music… in the form of these really cool favors… A Mix Tape… or rather a Mix CD! I love how Alli and Josh incorporated their engagement images into not only their save the dates, card boxes, sign in table, and of course, the inserts on these great favors.

As the night came to an end, Alli and Josh made their way back to their honeymoon suite… but not before a quick stop off at the, romantic Absinthe Lounge. Aren’t these hand forged wrought iron gates stunning!
