Broken Sound Country Club

Lauren + Justin’s elegant country club wedding took place at Broken Sound. This stunning couple were a dream to capture, we had such fun with them, and their wedding party. After the sun set, they exchanged vows beneath the Chuppah, then partied the night away in the main ballroom, awash in purple and ivory with decor by Xquisite Events.

Ali + David’s wedding at the Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton was sophisticated, and beautifully detailed.

Alison’s ivory pleated gown, from Rosa Clara‘s Two Couture Collection was so elegant.

The bridal bouquet of peonies, by Simply Flowers were understated and exquisite.

Ali and her bridesmaids readied at the club, all in cute matching floral robes.

Once again, the “non-white bridal shoe” trend of 2011 continues. This time with a super cute pair of HOT PINK Badgley Mischkas.

Clearly, I must have been a “designer shoe” in a past life… I have such an affinity for them, I can take pictures of them all day long, from every angle, as you see here.

The girl’s matching black dresses hung on a rack, with handwritten name tags tied to each hanger. A creative, yet utilitarian detail.

Soon the bridemaid’s were all ready and began getting Ali dressed.

Her sister helped her put on the fab shoes.

Before the veil went on Ali gave her best fashion-couture pose. Love this shot!

Even her sister got in on the photo taking, with her wonderful vintage Rollliecord, (circa late 1960s).

The lace trimmed veil completed the bride’s look. And this image captured the old world elegance of the occasion.

Meanwhile, over in the “men’s only”, locker room, Maja was busy shooting the boys… apparently against the rules.

The guys played some cards… and did a round of shots to toast the groom-to-be.

Dad stopped by for a bit of last minute advise and a firm handshake.

Back in the bride’s suite, her mom did the same.

Okay, maybe not with a firm handshake, but… with an Eskimo Nose Kiss… in a girl’s world, that’s pretty much the same thing.

Dad soon joined in, and they tried their best not to get all teary eyed.

Once out in the foyer, the little ring bearer gave her her flowers.

And once again, I just had to have a shot of the back of the dress, this time with the stunning cathedral veil as she exited thru the wooden arched doors.

Outside, her handsome groom had a GQ-esque photo session of his own.

The two little ones soon joined him.

As did his groomsmen.

On the other side of the club, Alison was having her own fashion shoot.

Along with her bridesmaids.

Again, couldn’t resist all the hot black stilletos. Quite the collection here… from Manolo Blahnik, to Jimmy Choo.

The girls ended their session with a champagne toast of their own.

And the bride hurried off to see her groom… who was awaiting the first look

She made a grand entrance, thru the doors, down the stairs, and into his arms.

After their bridal photo session… a very emotional Ketubah signing took place with immediate family in attendance.

Followed by the pre-sunset “I do’s.”

A basked of programs, yarmulkes greeted the guests.

Love this sign in book. {no pun intended}

Darines at Simply Flowers created the perfect ceremony setting.

Gold Chiavari chairs, were wrapped in silk organza bows… the aisle had floating candles in orchid filled vases… and from the Chuppah glass beads, orchids, and blown glass vases hung to give a magical effect.

A basket filled with vials of bubbles were handed out to the guests.

The adorable flower girls flowered the aisle with yellow petals.

Then came the bride.

After this award winning “you may kiss the bride” moment…

The newlyweds exited.

And stole a solitary moment…

Before the bridal party joined in to wish them well.

Then off the the cocktail hour.

What a great way to server burgers and fries!

The place cards… or rather… place “rocks”… sat upon little organza bags, encouraging guests to take the shiny black stones home as a keepsake.

The room details were all lovely. An assortments of tulips, roses and hydranges adorned the differently shaped tables.

The band got the night off to a rockin’ start.

Check out one of the best daddy daughter dance hugs ever!

Followed by the best group hug.

Once dinner wrapped… things got a little crazy out on the dancefloor. No, this is not a circus performer… just the father of the bride, dancin’ on the ceiling?

And… No, not a chipendale stripper… but a great addition to my “Groom’s Gone Wild” collection.

After the cake was cut…

A decadent dessert spread was laid out.

And hand-dipped gourmet pretzels with a cute custom “love ali + david” sticker were at the door for guests as they headed home. A “sweet” way end to a wonderful night!
